Communication structure of the crew is as follows: Crew member are required to notify the crew advisor if they will NOT BE AT A MEETING! CALENDAR: All meetings and activity information is posted on the crew calendar. Reminders will go out via EMAIL and CREW REMIND 2 days before activities. Crew members who will not be attending should notify the SECRETARY. CONTACT INFORMATION: All crew are required to submit contact information via this form. A list will be kept at all Crew Meetings of the currently registered contact information so you can check it. WHATSAPP: WhatsApp is the official Crew text group. You need to load that app on your phone and then will be invited to join. |
