Crew in Attendance: Emily 2, Cayman, Emily 1, Madi, Kristen
A kick-back meeting that included hot tub hanging out. We did talk at the start about the need for crew who are continuing to make Crew a priority. Commit to activities, communicate what you can do, and decide what is important for the next generation of crew 2526!
1. We looked at the Crew Website so everyone knows where the calendar, activities, and sign-ups are. Events will have sign-up deadlines - so be sure and commit yes or no so something isn't cancelled that you wanted to go to!
2. Discussed upcoming events:
a.  Fort Peck August 12-14: ACTION- RSVP Yes or No. Deadline to do this is July 19.
b.  Court of Honor : New proposed date of Thursday, August 11. Emily is still here, and it worked for the crew at the meeting. Please let Betsy know ASAP if there is some problem with this date. I am checking with leaders.
c.  July 12 Crew Meeting: Emergency Car (changing tires, etc.) may be the program to continue the Emergency Preparedness elective. Look for more information on the Calendar.
3.  Program Interest - Small Sheath Knife Belt Holder
Discussed learning to craft with leather and beads work a small, center back sheath knife holder. Cayman and Emily very interested, Kristen said she would go along. Next steps: Cayman will find a pattern, Betsy to talk to the Beadwork expert she knows.
4.  Program Interest: Shooting
Steve Garvine will be lining up 2-3 shooting dates, probably at crew meeting times but he will  let everyone know.
5.  50 Miler Patch Service Project - Eagle Mount has work we can do on FRIDAY Morning, 9-11. Cayman, Madi, Kristen interested. Emily 1 is interested but out of town that date, so I will send the contact email to see if there is an alternative Friday she can arrange.  
6.  Emergency Preparedness Presentation: Madi presented the elements of an emergency car kit. To finish her Emergency Preparedness, she just has to finish putting one together. 
7.  Contact Updates - the crew present checked their contact information. I will send out the roster sheet. 
8.  Program Interest- Throwing Knives at Hope Lutheran: We have talked about this before and need to discuss with the Committee how to proceed. This would be a good activity to have available before/after crew meetings (light permitting)
