Venture Crew Meeting Sept 13

Notes from the Meeting:
Emily Opened the Meeting

Recruiting at the Mall -
Oct 29th tentative. Record a Radio Spot before. All crew let Emily know if you are available to be at the table. Each Crew needs to help with 3 recruiting events a year.  

First Aid Kits - Had a show of the First Aid kits, and the crew is excited about selling them. We will put the paperwork in. Crew will need to take orders, and we will also approach businesses for bulk selling. 

October 4th archery - meet 6:30 (unless any alternative information put out). Bring your own bow if you have it. 

Personal Interest Surveys Crew filled them out.

Crew played a game  and the meeting was closed.

Sat Breakfast - Skillet Cinammon Roles, Milk, Box of Cereal, Fruit
Sat Lunch - Bring Your Own Snack Lunch
Sat Dinner - Sherperds Pie
Sunday Breakfast - Bagels, Cream cheese
Equipment:
Betsy - Big store, Propane 
Frank - Pots, small stove, Other MSC kitchen and wash up supplies. Water, Crew Flag, Tour Permit, Health Forms

Driving - Doughers and Baileys. Four Corners Town Pump at 6:15 pm.
